Are you one of those people who always do things accompanied by music? Are you someone who listens to music at least once a day?  Here are a variety of December 2022 music releases.

SZA “S.O.S”

The new SZA album is on its way. Many of SZA’s music has gone viral on TikTok like “Shirt”, and “I Hate U” as well as her song with Doja Cat “Kiss Me More”. The R&B singer has a new release coming. She had admitted to being stressed about her deadline. While the album is set to drop sometime in December the exact date has yet to be confirmed.

RM “Indigo”

BTS’s RM (Kim Namjoon) has set to drop his solo studio album “Indigo” after his previous solo mixtapes “RM” (2015) and “mono” (2018) on December 2, 2022. He recently revealed Indigo’s tracklist which featured a variety of artists, with big names like Erykah Badu and Anderson.Paak.  

Mitski “Stay Soft, Get Eaten: Laurel Hell Demos”

Mitski is set to release a new EP featuring demos of four tracks; Valentine, Texas (Demo Version), Love Me More (Demo Version), Stay Soft (Acoustic Version), and Glide (Lily Chou-Chou). These demos will allow listeners to experience her music in their raw and skeletal forms. The EP is set to release on the 9th and will not be made available for streaming.

WayV “Phantom”

Kpop group NCT’s unit, WayV is set to release their album “Phantom” on the 9th which features a total of 8 tracks. This will be the unit’s first music release in more than a year. Fans expect that it will be as dynamic and fun as their last album “Kick Back”.

Lucky Daye “Candydrip (Deluxe)”

The New Orleans singer-songwriter became famous over his Tiktok hit song “Over” on the original Candydrip album. Since “Over” the R&B singer received 5 Grammy nominations. The Candydrip Deluxe album is set to release on the 9th.

Metro Boomin “Heroes & Villains”

The Grammy-nominated composer-producer announced his second album in his trilogy “Heroes & Villains”. His previous album “NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES” (2018) received a lot of praise. Some of the confirmed features in the 2022 album are A$AP Rocky and Travis Scott. The album is set to release on the 2nd.

NCT DREAM “Candy”

Another NCT unit on the list, NCT DREAM comes back to bring joy and jolliness with music in their winter special mini-album “Candy”. The album is released after the Japan leg of their world tour; “THE DREAM SHOW 2: In a Dream”. The mini-album is set to release on the 19th.
