An influencer has shared the low-cost health improvements that anybody can do to improve their physical and mental well-being on a tight budget.

Sellers' video has been viewed more than 335,00 times and has received nearly 200 comments since it was posted

The TikTok content maker, who goes by the handle @maggiesellers_, , has amassed over 125,000 followers and teaches her audience about venture capital and investment.

“Although they’re not all free, these are the most affordable health enhancements you can do to feel and look your best—the sexiest, wealthiest, smartest version of yourself—and achieve a significant glow-up,” she stated.

Sellers’ first piece of advice was to reduce alcohol consumption, but she didn’t go into further detail.

Reducing your alcohol use has several advantages, such as increased energy, better sleep, and enhanced mental and physical health.Sellers went over the second recommendation on her list, which was to include dairy and meat in your diet on a regular basis. “I’ve never had such thick hair.” She said, “Since I started eating meat and dairy, everything is better—my eyebrows, my nails, and my eyelashes.”

How The Influencer Changed Her Body Frame

Sellers affirmed, “Glucose Goddess has changed my life.” I don’t want to snack at 3 p.m. since I have more energy than ever before.

“You can make it as simple or as complicated as you like,” she continued. “You can either read the book and learn the entire play-by-play, or you can eat greens, then protein, then fats, then carbohydrates.”

Then, pointing out that “it’s free,” the beauty influencer suggested taking at least 10,000 steps each day by walking.

“Drink water instead of coffee as soon as you wake up as a gut booster,” she said. “Please do not drink coffee until after you have eaten something and allowed it to enter your system if you are trying to balance your hormones and get rid of acne, especially if you are a woman.”

Using a Gua Sha On Your Face

The beauty influencer also attributed her daily gua sha practice to her high cheekbones and sculpted jawline.

Gua sha is a traditional Chinese medicinal technique in which parts of the skin are softly scraped to increase circulation using a tool with a smooth edge.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, the procedure may help ease facial tension, lessen swelling and inflammation, and ease nasal pressure.

“I don’t have filler in my cheeks, despite what my Reddit haters would say,” the woman declared. “I gua sha each and every day.” That is not negotiable.

‘Drink water as soon as you wake up with a gut booster, not your coffee’

“If you drink coffee right after you wake up instead of water, you’re not flushing your system and you’re also causing your cortisol levels to spike, which is why I had hormonal acne for such a long time.” Says the influencer.

According to studies, the primary stress hormone, cortisol, is elevated when you wake up and is further elevated by coffee in the morning, increasing the likelihood of unneeded jitters.

There are those who argue that consuming coffee on an empty stomach can induce hormone disruption and digestive problems, however scientific investigations have not supported these assertions.

Don’t Try Intermittent Fasting

“I’m not a girl who fasts sometimes.” Not at much against it,’ she remarked. “It didn’t work to go be so rigid for me.” Follow your own path. I find that this works well for me. But in terms of eating, she suggested consuming ‘one meal a day without any distractions.’ “You will learn how to eat mindfully if you eat by yourself and don’t use a phone,” says the influencer.

Give Physiotherapy and Stretching Priority

“It’s amazing that I never stretched or did physical therapy before, but taking good care of your body will enable you to push yourself harder during your workouts,” she noted.
